NRROS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRROS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,599 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRROS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SASH3, ANKRD44, and ARHGAP45. Each is linked with NRROS in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRROS-to-partner and partner-to-NRROS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRROS versus SASH3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRROS→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRROS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
