NRROS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRROS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,660 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRROS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-764P, AURKB, and CCDC43. Each is linked with NRROS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRROS-to-partner and partner-to-NRROS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-764P grouped by NRROS-low versus NRROS-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRROS→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRROS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
