NRROS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRROS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRROS-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, Cyclin-B1, and HER3. Each is linked with NRROS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRROS-to-partner and partner-to-NRROS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by NRROS-low versus NRROS-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRROS→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRROS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
