Across TCGA cell cohorts, NRROS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 451 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRROS-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEX43, C20orf85, and OR1L4. Each is linked with NRROS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRROS-to-partner and partner-to-NRROS results are reported.
