NRP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,378 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RAI14, VIM, and TUBB6. Each is linked with NRP1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRP1-to-partner and partner-to-NRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRP1 versus RAI14 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
