Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, 4E-BP1, and Cyclin-D1. Each is linked with NRP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRP1-to-partner and partner-to-NRP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by NRP1-low versus NRP1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
