Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,147 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2A, NASP, and MCM2. Each is linked with NRM in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRM-to-partner and partner-to-NRM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRM versus TOP2A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRM→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
