Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 286 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRM-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELOCP18, RNU6-67P, and RN7SKP43. Each is linked with NRM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRM-to-partner and partner-to-NRM results are reported.
