Across TCGA cell cohorts, NRM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRM-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEFA1B and SERPINB13. Each is linked with NRM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRM-to-partner and partner-to-NRM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEFA1B grouped by NRM-low versus NRM-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
