NRL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,647 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ASPSCR1, HDGFL2, and METTL3. Each is linked with NRL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRL-to-partner and partner-to-NRL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRL versus ASPSCR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
