Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR98, MIR7702, and BACH1-IT3. Each is linked with NRL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRL-to-partner and partner-to-NRL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR98 grouped by NRL-low versus NRL-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRL→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
