Across TCGA cell cohorts, NRL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,035 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein linear polyubiquitination, Regulation of protein localization to endoplasmic reticulum, and Positive regulation of gene expression, epigenetic. Each is linked with NRL in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRL-to-partner and partner-to-NRL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein linear polyubiquitination grouped by NRL-low versus NRL-high in OVARY.
