Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,364 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRK-associated genes across cancer lineages are SULF1, KLHL5, and SCNN1A. Each is linked with NRK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRK-to-partner and partner-to-NRK results are reported.
