NRIR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRIR RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,565 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRIR-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARP12, XAF1, and RSAD2. Each is linked with NRIR in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRIR-to-partner and partner-to-NRIR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRIR→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRIR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
