NRIP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRIP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,499 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRIP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM47, FN1, and CALB2. Each is linked with NRIP3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRIP3-to-partner and partner-to-NRIP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRIP3 versus RBM47 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRIP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRIP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
