Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRIP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,054 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRIP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL201P, MIR4666B, and MIR1237. Each is linked with NRIP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRIP3-to-partner and partner-to-NRIP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL201P grouped by NRIP3-low versus NRIP3-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRIP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRIP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
