NRIP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRIP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRIP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, INPP4B, and JNK2. Each is linked with NRIP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRIP3-to-partner and partner-to-NRIP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4G grouped by NRIP3-low versus NRIP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRIP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRIP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
