NRIP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,989 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRIP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRDC, EIF4G1, and HDGFL3. Each is linked with NRIP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRIP2-to-partner and partner-to-NRIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRIP2 versus NRDC in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
