Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, ERK2, and GATA6. Each is linked with NRIP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRIP2-to-partner and partner-to-NRIP2 results are reported.
