Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,329 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRIA2, CMTM7, and DNAH12. Each is linked with NRIP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRIP1-to-partner and partner-to-NRIP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRIP1 versus GRIA2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
