NRG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,101 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DCTN6, GMNN, and MRPS27. Each is linked with NRG1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRG1-to-partner and partner-to-NRG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DCTN6 grouped by NRG1-low versus NRG1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
