NRF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,582 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RIF1, ATAD2, and SMARCA5. Each is linked with NRF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRF1-to-partner and partner-to-NRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRF1 versus RIF1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
