Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, MEK1, and Notch1. Each is linked with NRF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRF1-to-partner and partner-to-NRF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by NRF1-low versus NRF1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
