Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NREP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,679 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NREP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMP2, DBN1, and DPYSL3. Each is linked with NREP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NREP-to-partner and partner-to-NREP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NREP versus MMP2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NREP→partner) and Y-score (partner→NREP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
