Across TCGA patient cohorts, NREP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 751 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NREP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-13P, ATP5IF1, and DPP9. Each is linked with NREP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NREP-to-partner and partner-to-NREP results are reported.
