NRDC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRDC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,622 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRDC-associated genes across cancer lineages are COQ2, CCNA2, and RBMY2EP. Each is linked with NRDC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRDC-to-partner and partner-to-NRDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COQ2 grouped by NRDC-low versus NRDC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
