NRDC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NRDC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRDC-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXNDC17, MRPL17, and GPX4. Each is linked with NRDC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRDC-to-partner and partner-to-NRDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXNDC17 grouped by NRDC-low versus NRDC-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
