NRCAM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRCAM RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,809 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRCAM-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1B_S1427, MAP1B_S2100, and MAP1B_S1298. Each is linked with NRCAM in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRCAM-to-partner and partner-to-NRCAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRCAM versus MAP1B_S1427 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRCAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRCAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
