Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRCAM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,522 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRCAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are NTRK2, ERCC6L, and RNF32-AS1. Each is linked with NRCAM in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRCAM-to-partner and partner-to-NRCAM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRCAM versus NTRK2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRCAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRCAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
