NRCAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRCAM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,954 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRCAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADI1, LINC00092, and SUV39H2. Each is linked with NRCAM in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRCAM-to-partner and partner-to-NRCAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADI1 grouped by NRCAM-low versus NRCAM-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRCAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRCAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
