NRCAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRCAM mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRCAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Cyclin-B1, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with NRCAM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRCAM-to-partner and partner-to-NRCAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by NRCAM-low versus NRCAM-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRCAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRCAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
