NRCAM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NRCAM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 737 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRCAM-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMCO2, OC90, and OR6J1. Each is linked with NRCAM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRCAM-to-partner and partner-to-NRCAM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMCO2 grouped by NRCAM-low versus NRCAM-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRCAM→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRCAM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
