NRBP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NRBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,377 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYHR1, GLI4, and ZNF251. Each is linked with NRBP2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRBP2-to-partner and partner-to-NRBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
