Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NRBP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NRBP2 data layer compared with 4 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher NRBP2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NRBP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and MESO show a favorable association.

KIRC, BLCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where NRBP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
