Across TCGA cell cohorts, NRBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,892 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRBP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of macroautophagy, Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, and Cilium movement involved in cell motility. Each is linked with NRBP2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRBP2-to-partner and partner-to-NRBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
