Across TCGA cell cohorts, NRBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DRD3, PTH, and PRG3. Each is linked with NRBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRBP2-to-partner and partner-to-NRBP2 results are reported.
