NRAV

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRAV RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,250 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRAV-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOCK11, UBE2J1, and PLCG2. Each is linked with NRAV in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRAV-to-partner and partner-to-NRAV results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRAV versus DOCK11 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRAV→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRAV) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
