Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRAS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,074 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are CANT1, VANGL1, and STRIP1. Each is linked with NRAS in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRAS-to-partner and partner-to-NRAS results are reported.
