Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,809 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NRAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAIP, CEP76, and UQCRC1. Each is linked with NRAP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRAP-to-partner and partner-to-NRAP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
