NRADDP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRADDP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,277 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRADDP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC63_T537, SFT2D2_S9, and SLC16A3_S436. Each is linked with NRADDP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRADDP-to-partner and partner-to-NRADDP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NRADDP versus SEC63_T537 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRADDP→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRADDP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
