Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NRADDP RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NRADDP data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher NRADDP RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NRADDP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and UCS show a favorable association.
KIRC, HNSC, and UCS are the cancer types where NRADDP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
