NRAD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NRAD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 9,690 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NRAD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAT3, NRAS, and PCDH11X. Each is linked with NRAD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NRAD1-to-partner and partner-to-NRAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAT3 grouped by NRAD1-low versus NRAD1-high in UCEC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NRAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NRAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
