Across TCGA cell cohorts, NR6A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,497 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR6A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA export from nucleus, Transcription pausing by RNA polymerase II, and Co-transcriptional RNA 3'-end processing, cleavage and polyadenylation pathway. Each is linked with NR6A1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR6A1-to-partner and partner-to-NR6A1 results are reported.
