NR4A3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR4A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,010 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR4A3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LMNA_S423, ZFP36_S60, and PRPF38B_S529. Each is linked with NR4A3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR4A3-to-partner and partner-to-NR4A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NR4A3 versus LMNA_S423 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR4A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR4A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
