Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR4A3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 955 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NR4A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEFV, CCDC191, and SEMA6B. Each is linked with NR4A3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR4A3-to-partner and partner-to-NR4A3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NR4A3 versus MEFV in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR4A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR4A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
