NR4A3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR4A3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,185 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR4A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRGV1, NR2C2AP, and PGP. Each is linked with NR4A3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR4A3-to-partner and partner-to-NR4A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRGV1 grouped by NR4A3-low versus NR4A3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR4A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR4A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
