Across TCGA cell cohorts, NR4A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,192 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR4A3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to corticotropin-releasing hormone, Cellular response to corticotropin-releasing hormone stimulus, and Plasma lipoprotein particle organization. Each is linked with NR4A3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR4A3-to-partner and partner-to-NR4A3 results are reported.
