NR4A3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NR4A3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 573 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR4A3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CABP5, CST9, and CYLC1. Each is linked with NR4A3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR4A3-to-partner and partner-to-NR4A3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CABP5 grouped by NR4A3-low versus NR4A3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR4A3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR4A3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
