Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NR4A1AS RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NR4A1AS data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher NR4A1AS RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NR4A1AS expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KICH and BRCA show a favorable association.
UVM, COAD, and KICH are the cancer types where NR4A1AS RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
