NR3C1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NR3C1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,242 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NR3C1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTPAP, TLN2, and PPM1F. Each is linked with NR3C1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NR3C1-to-partner and partner-to-NR3C1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NR3C1 versus MTPAP in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NR3C1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NR3C1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
